Your satisfaction is our guarantee. We commit to offer the best solution for your situation.
- Products can be returned within 30 days for any reason. Most of our orders are placed in advance of holidays. Therefore, for any product purchased up to 30 days prior to a major holiday, you must contact us to initiate the request for return on or before said holiday and must be submitted to the carrier for shipment no later than the first business day following the holiday. For purchases made in the United States, major holidays include: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and St. Patrick’s Day.
- If a product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team of customer service professionals will work with you to satisfy your request. Please note that credits may take up to two weeks to process once product has been received.
- Products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in “like new condition”, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply if not returned in “like new condition”.
- Promotional items linked to the purchase must also be included in the return.
What if the product is defective?
TreE-Z® Wrap products have a limited warranty that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty and is not transferrable.
If your product is defective, our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Do not return product to TreE-Z® WrapZ Wrap without authorization.
Contact support@treezwrap.com within 30 days of receiving your order and provide us with the following information:

- Your order number
- A very brief description of the product damage.
- How you would like for us to correct the situation – for example, would you like a replacement for one or more defective items, credit, or a different product? If only one or a few pieces are defective, it is not necessary to return the entire order.
- A service professional will email you a return authorization form, and specific instructions to follow.
- Save any tracking information
If you notify us of a defective product within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will simply exchange your defective product items for the same product items. Keep all original packaging as you received it. Products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in “like new condition”, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Products not returned in “like new condition” are subject to a 20% processing and restocking fee.
What if there is a discrepancy with the order?
If you find any discrepancies with your order, please contact us right away at support@treezwrap.com.
If I’m not satisfied with the product, how do I initiate a return request?
Returns for non-defective product: Contact support@treezwrap.com for review of the situation. To be considered for a return authorization include the following information in your email:

- Your order number
- A very brief summary of your dissatisfaction and request for how you would like for us to correct the situation – for example, would you like a credit or a different product?
- A service professional will evaluate the situation and, if authorized for return, will email a return authorization form to you along with specific instructions to follow.
- Save any tracking information
After you receive a return authorization number, please be sure to do the following:
- Ensure that the return authorization number is clearly marked on the shipping box.
- Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Linked promotional items must also be included.
- There is a 20% re-stocking fee. Credits can take up to two weeks to process.
- You are responsible for shipping charges to return non-defective product.
- Do not write or mark the packaging, contents or registration warranty cards.
- We will return incomplete shipments to you. If you forgot to include a part, please notify us immediately.
Can I just send it back without contacting you?
No. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about. Do not return product to TreE-Z® Wrap without authorization. Please contact us and one of our service professionals will contact you to work out a solution. Products returned to us without authorization will not be processed.
